How do I share my space?
In your open space, click the blue share button at the top right. From there, select an access level (editor or view-only), then copy the invite link or show a QR code. You can regenerate the link anytime to invalidate previous ones.
Share with colleagues, students, or friends. They don't need to be in your organization.
Do my collaborators need an account?
No. Share the invite link from your space and they can join right from their browser as a guest, or by signing in with Google or Email. They don't need a paid plan to collaborate with you.
Is my data private?
SupaKit is designed to be privacy focused. Content in your spaces is end-to-end encrypted between participants. We recommend setting your own keychain password in Settings after creating your account. Read our security page for more details.
Can I use it solo, without collaborators?
Absolutely. We use it that way ourselves, mostly for our own notes, travel-plans, projects, and whatever we're building. Collaboration is there when you need it or want to share it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SupaKit runs in your browser. It opens with a link, no downloads or installs, for you or anyone you share a space with. You can pin it to your dock or home screen for quicker access and a dedicated window. It stays safely sandboxed in your browser.
Can I control space access for collaborators?
Yes. You can control this from the share button at the top right of your space, where you'll see all collaborators and their access levels. Each person can either have full write and edit access, or view-only, meaning they can see everything but can't make changes.
How many collaborators can I have?
For apps that involve streaming (e.g. Huddles, Screenshare, CloudBrowser) active participants are capped at about 5 per space on Standard, and up to 10 on Pro. For everything else, you can have quite a few more collaborators in a space without hitting limits.
We're still experimenting with these knobs. SupaKit is designed for active collaboration among smaller groups, not webinars or large calls. It may be able to handle a large number of participants, but the experience is tuned for smaller groups, whether that's a team, a classroom, a workshop, or a few people working together.
Limits are based on sustained usage, not occasional bursts. If you go over briefly, it won't be an issue.
Does it work offline?
Your content from previous visits will generally be available. New content generation and cloud-dependent features may be limited. Editing shared spaces while offline isn't recommended, especially if others are collaborating in them. For personal spaces, you should be fine.
What is Demo mode?
Demo gives you a feel for SupaKit, but it's limited. No huddles, no file uploads, and some features are disabled. It's not meant for real work. Don't rely on demo spaces being available long-term. We may clean up inactive resources. If you want to properly try things out, the Standard plan is the way to go.
Is there a free trial?
There's a demo mode you can try without paying. It has limited features. No huddles, no file uploads, capped storage and collaborators. Demo spaces may be cleaned up over time, so don't keep anything there you'd miss. New subscribers on a paid plan also have a 7-day refund window on their first payment.
Is AI usage included?
Yes, each plan includes a small LLM budget, a modest monthly budget through OpenRouter. It's meant for light AI assistance in certain apps, not heavy automation. Most people don't hit the limit with normal use. We may meter usage more closely later. We're not an AI provider. Any future AI pricing will likely track industry standard rates.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No need to email anyone. Click your profile, go to Settings, and select Manage plan. From there you can cancel through Stripe's portal.
What happens when I cancel?
Your paid features stay active until the end of your billing period. After that, you drop to demo mode with limited features. Your content remains accessible for about 6 months so you have plenty of time to export it. You can resume a new plan on the same account within this period and pick up where you left off.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Stripe, which accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Can I use all apps on my plan?
On Standard, you get all apps except the PRO ones. On Professional, every app is included.
Are there usage caps on Pro?
On the Professional plan, cloud apps are capped at 3 active instances at a time (CloudShell, CloudBrowser, etc.). For other limits, check the FAQ above.
What is a Space?
You can think of a space like a digital desk or a private room. Open any of the available apps, mix and match however suits you, and work solo or together with others. From long-term projects to quick notes, doodles, and catchups.
How many spaces can I have?
As many as you want. Create them on the fly, jotting quick thoughts, running experiments, or something you come back to over time. For example - A quick note, a whiteboard doodle, a trip plan, a recurring standup, a classroom session. No need to organize. Your recent list and search will get you back to it.
Storage is shared across your spaces and files: about 100 GB on Standard, 400 GB on Pro.
